Technical assistance facilitated by SMF may best be defined as ‘tailored management consulting’. The TA providers are working during a longer period of time in an institution, on the basis of a predetermined Terms of Reference establishing clear deliverables.The Incubation Programme focuses on innovative, new constructs, where SMF provides the incubators role that makes things move. Through our network we play a more active role as we are a broker, facilitator and project designer. SMF projects are multi-partner arrangements, with real triple bottomline solutions. Besides, Incubation projects are innovative in client-participation and impact.
