Rosemarie Jongenelen
Coordinator Technical Assistance
Rosemarie Jongenelen is an international development specialist with special expertise in microfinance. Her work with Catalyst Microfinance Investors (CMI) exposed her to all the issues that matter and all steps in the investment cycle from building up a pipeline to exit strategy development. In this capacity she also undertook field missions to Ghana to appraise MFIs. For the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs she did research on the added value of a complementary partnership between the Dutch embassy, Dutch NGOs and Ugandan NGOS. Rosemarie has an Advanced Masters in International Development Studies and an MSc in Development Studies. In India, she undertook research in institutional trust of microfinance clients among the various types of microfinance institutions.
